REFUND POLICY

Refunds:
- Refunds are only processed for fulfillment errors, such as incorrect or missing items.

 

Personalized Products:
- Made to order; no refunds or replacements once the order is placed.
- Order changes not guaranteed after 1 working day.
- Order cancellations accepted within 3 hours of placing the order, with refunds processed in 2-5 working days.

 

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted only once per request.
- Request at-home pick-up for exchanges by emailing saurniketofficial@gmail.com or calling/WhatsApping +91 9370251831 (Mon-Sat, 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. IST).
- A deduction of Rs 300 will be applied to the final credit note.

 

Sale Items:
- No refunds or exchanges for sale items unless received in poor/broken/damaged condition. In such cases, we'll send a replacement or issue a credit note/refund if the product is unavailable.

- Report within 48 hours by calling/WhatsApping +91 9370251831 or emailing saurniketofficial@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 24 hours.
